Lemon Orzo

Lemon Orzo


Boil orzo rice/pasta

Add lemon zest (peel) - about 1 lemon

Olive oil

Basil - small bunch, sliced up very small

(Toasted!) Pine nuts - you can toast them yourself in a pan with a little olive oil
