1 onion
Chicken broth
Dash of cream
Garnished with creme fraiche, chives

Lamb ragout
Onion
1 lb ground lamb
28 oz can tomatoes
Thyme
Whole wheat Fusili
Pecorino Romano cheese
Dash of cream

Yes, it's true.
Squash soup
1 large banana squash or butternut
4 Yukon gold potatoes
2 carrots
1 granny smith apple
1 onion
1 clove garlic
4 cups chicken broth
(optional as garnish: creme fraiche, chives)
Chop onions/garlic, cube everything else, sautee onion/garlic then add everything else, bring to boil, reduce to simmer til soft. Puree. Add dash of salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cream.

Shredded cabbage
Avocado
2 limes
Cilantro
Cilantro aioli (2 bunches cilantro, 2 tbsp onion, 1/4 cup mayo, 1-2 limes' juice all blended together).
