Cuckoo Couscous

Also known as Couscous Surprise, because, surprise, it turned out pretty well despite my throwing together a bunch of random stuff. The Trader Joe's couscous/grain medley with chicken broth, butternut squash, garbanzo beans, dried plums, and slivered almonds. Grilled zucchini and spanakopita too.

Mint Chip Cookie Sandwiches

Homemade chocolate chip cookies with homemade mint chip ice cream. Today in the mission I saw a sign for "homeade" pupusas. Reminded me of lemonade, like the pupusas were made out of houses.
